CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand things happen and life is unpredictable at times. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24hrs in advance. Any appointments cancelled after the 24hr period will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the original service price. Unless it’s due to an emergency. No call-No shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the original service price for styling and cutting. And 100% of the service price for Chemical services. Invoice will be sent and must be paid before rebooking. Thank you for understanding!
